The Faculty of Theology, by internationalizing its research and teaching, seeks to enhance the global visibility of Halle and Wittenberg as hubs of scientifically grounded, internationally networked engagement with theology and religion, while sharpening its profile at an excellent level. This is reflected in a CES cooperation network with institutions in the USA, the United Kingdom, Latvia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Switzerland, and Austria.
